Eclective Fun Day

Date

August 2014

Project type

Fun Day was a chance for us to get some fresh air while exploring Lewisham with a troop of friends and fellow adventurers.

Armed with a bundle of challenges, we rifled through the nooks and crannies of this corner of London, ending the day with a well earned drink at the Ladywell Tavern. We even made up a random fill-in-the-blank-story using references to things we found along the way, such as a collection of yellow things, a place where a tiny elf family could live and the biggest tree in Hilly Fields.

It was fun to get lost, then found, (and wet!), along the journey. We recorded over 50 things, sites, sounds and places throughout the day using photography, mapping, haikus, doodling and measuring.

Thank you so much to our fellow explorers Susanne, Kohei and Daisuke for joining us for our eclective fun day!

If you’re interested in setting up a FunDay in your corner of the globe, please get in touch and we’d be happy to help you prepare your mini-adventure.
